Current DAK Bread machine recipe

2.5 cups Bread Flour
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp yeast

6 cups water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 heaping tbsp yoghurt
squirt of honey, count to three

5 minutes after mixing begins make sure it looks right
adjust with more flour or water/milk 1 tbsp at a time till it looks right

when final fermentation begins brush a little more oil on top
